Daniel Kim, the owner of Oshio, has been in the restaurant industry since his teenage years. His father and brother are also heavy influences in the sushi restaurant industry in Columbus, Ohio (Previously owned Rishi Sushi, Moshi Sushi, Poke´bap and currently owns Mr. Sushi in Downtown Dublin). Daniel found his true calling for sushi while working at Moshi and managing Mr. Sushi. ? Daniel hopes to bring a contemporary feel in not only the food served at Oshio, but also in the atmosphere. He is passionate in bringing the freshest sushi and food quality into his restaurant to serve to Oshio customers. ?
