Who We Are: Lily Nova Blossoms is owned and operated by Rachel Howell. She is a mom of an adorable toddler. She started this business in December of 2020 at the encouragement of her child's father. She has always had an interest in recycling, helping the environment and the poor. It turned out to be a good business fit. It's also a job that gives her the flexibility to be a stay at home mom, which is her calling. She does the majority of the business on her own with some occasional help from her fiancé.
