We grind our hamburger meat each day using the entire cow. This is what makes our burgers taste so good. Each burger consists of steak, roast, rib and all of the other yummy parts of a cow. Each fresh, never frozen patty is not cooked until you order it. Our orders may take 10-15 minutes to cook, but we can't rush quality.
