out of 5 starsEvaluated a tree trimming job. Quoted a price. Only completed 1/3 of the job. Had excuses why he couldn't finish. Then aggressively and threateningly DEMANDED to be paid the total amount quoted EVENTHOUGH he only did 1/3 of the job. Then told me, in front of his worker, that he is just starting the business and he didn't have the right equipment AND HE IS NOT LICENSED OR BONDED to do tree work.
