In 1986 Mark started his own personal training company "Powerline" and became a nationally recognized personal fitness trainer in national fitness industry magazines. Marco didn't settle with one certification from 1 company, he earned over 10 personal training certifications, a long list of sports including Triathlons, MMA Cage Fighting, Bodybuilding, etc. He became "The Fitness & Nutrition Expert" on ABC News for over 12 yrs. Marco has taken his Robotics engineering and physics knowledge and applied it to exercise & biomechanics to come up with the most technically correct exercise movements for safer and faster results guaranteed.
