[b]Marmon Valley Farm[/b] is an interdenominational Christian camp, retreat facility and riding stable committed to providing wholesome farm fun for all ages, to proclaiming the goods news of Jesus Christ and to encouraging young people to walk in a Christ-like manner.

With [u]over 150 well trained horses and ponies[/u], horseback riding is our specialty! The riding stable is open for trail riding year 'round Tuesday through Sunday, and closed Mondays. Enjoy the scenic countryside of Logan County from the back of a well trained trail horse. Our guided trail rides will take you into the hilly woods surrounding the Farm for a memorable walking and trotting trail ride. [b]Trail riders must be 6 or older.[/b] For your protection we provide friendly and helpful trail guides on all rides, and we do not permit double riding with youngsters. Parent led pony rides are available for children under six years of age. We recommend all horseback riders wear long pants and a covered shoe. Helmet rental is available free of charge.

[b]Marmon Valley Farm[/b] offers group riding lesson programs every season. Winter lessons are offered beginning in January in our indoor riding arena. Spring, summer and fall lessons are usually outside weather permitting. [u]Lessons are available for kids 6 years old through adults.[/u]

[b]Got a group of 10 or more? Ask about out group riding rate for your group of 10 or more. Other discounts may apply for groups of 50 or more.[/b]

Have a youngster with a birthday coming up? Birthday Parties at the Farm offer a memorable celebration for everyone. Your gang will enjoy horseback riding and a hayrides plus everyone loves the activities and animals available at The Farm.

[b]Marmon Valley Ministries[/b] exists to provide camps that grow campers toward a love for God, a life of obedience to His Word and a passion for His glory. Horsemanship experiences make up a large portion of the camp structure. Age and level appropriate classes ensure that every child is in a class that will help them learn at their skill level. Within the context of learning horsemanship skills, many opportunities arise for ministry. Horsemanship classes offer helpful parallels to our relationships, especially a servant, master relationship. Horsemanship classes allow for teachable moments where the class may see spiritual truth illustrated.

By God’s grace, [b]Marmon Valley Ministries[/b] has helped many children to come to faith in Christ and learn to live a life of faith and commitment to Him. We believe that our camps offer an important service to families and churches that is intended to come alongside their God given efforts to raise up godly young men and women. Our camps reinforce the gospel message as a supporting third voice.

Marmon Valley Farm offers three education field trip opportunities for schools or home school groups.

Farm Field Trip
Grade: Preschool - 3nd grade
Available: 10:00AM - 12:30PM Tuesday - Friday (August - November) and (March - June).
Program:
Arrive at 9:45 and prepare to divide into groups to experience three exciting farm sessions.
Hayride nature tour. A bumpy hayride will take the class into the woods for a tour of God's handiwork in nature. See a squirrel legacy, woodpecker homes, pond life and more!
Barn Yard Tour: Visit furry barnyard friends on an animal tour around the camp. Meet Jerry our Jersey steer, Spanky the pot bellied pig and many more friendly critters.
Pony Rides: Climb onboard a trusty pony for a ride around the arena.

In rainy weather the hayride is substituted by a pioneer/Indian lore session. All other activities take place indoors.
