Genesis Specialty Pharmacy can fill the order and deliver or ship the medicine to the patient, or it can be conveniently picked up at the Specialty Pharmacy, 860 Bethesda Drive, which is located on the Genesis Hospital main campus. A specialty pharmacy is a specific type of pharmaceutical delivery system that coordinates delivery and offers comprehensive support in distributing drugs that are high cost or complex and used to treat complex conditions. Genesis Specialty Pharmacy is highly specialized, and that no over-the-counter medicine or supplies are available, unlike most pharmacies.
