A large part of the practice focuses on the areas of probate, guardianship, and estate planning. In addition, the firm has expertise in preparing title opinions, real estate contracts, and acquisitions. As legal counsel for the bank, the firm is very qualified to provide assistance in commercial litigation, debt collection, and creditor bankruptcy issues. Since this region has a history of active oil and gas production, the firm has years of experience in providing assistance in that area as well.
