Dr. Norred attended East Central Oklahoma University prior to obtaining his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He completed an Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo. He also completed an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans.
