Dr. Rowley is an Oregon native and a northwest country boy. Raised in Northwest Portland near Skyline and Germantown roads, he spent his early years loving the outdoors and the hills of the northwest! Our goal at North Hills Dental is to promote healthy oral hygiene through routine visits and education. Our smaller office is able to create a comfortable environment where patient and doctor relationships can grow. At our office the patient is encouraged to ask questions and make their own choices for what is best for their health.
