Founded in January 2025 by Karleen Doty, ZenBalance offers reliable, detail-driven bookkeeping and payroll services for individuals and businesses across the U.S. Karleen has been working in the accounting and bookkeeping field since earning her AAS in Business with a focus in Accounting from Central Oregon Community College in 2018. With over six years of hands-on experience, she specializes in: Payroll Services Comprehensive Bookkeeping (transaction prep, reconciliations, and cleanup) State and Federal Compliance Support She is currently earning her Bachelor’s in Accounting through Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and plans to become an Enrolled Agent (EA) following her graduation in Fall 2026. “I am a firm believer that we all have a gift to offer.
