out of 5 starsI first contacted Randy two years ago about getting my mom's Husqvarna lawnmower tuned up. Randy showed up on time, was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he was finished, I asked him about the following year and he told me that a lot of his lawnmower customers only need him every other year, which is why I waited until this year to call him again (even though the lawnmower was still running great from the first tune up).
This time, Randy again was very prompt, according to the appointment time we had set up. He looked the mower over from top to bottom, started the engine, checked the oil, air filter, blades, etc. and then told me that he honestly didn't need to do a thing and he'd be wasting my money if he did!
