Olson Asphalt Maintenance is a family owned full service parking lot maintenance company located in Seaside, Oregon, 97138. We specialize in quality paving, sealcoating, parking lot striping and street sweeping, ADA compliance, signage, asphalt patching, tire bumper installation, as well as parking lot layout solutions. OAM offers fencing services, from approximately October through April. We are happy to help you with repair or new installation of wood and chain link fences. Our service area spans between Ocean Park, WA 98640 and Tillamook, OR 97141. OAM holds both Residential and Commercial licenses and insurance.
