Sometimes the wait is a little bit long here, but everyone is really nice and very happy to help. I've always enjoyed banking with Washington Mutual, but when you go to a branch and they are so happy to help, it makes banking even better!

WAMU excels at Customer Service! I have never had an unpleasant expereince. they have refunded over-draft charges when I can show that I thought I had enough money in my account. They also do Cashier's checks for free.

Washington Mutual is the best of the Corporate banks. They have excellent customer service, free bill-pay and loads of other features. If you haven't used Bill-pay, try it. It's great!
