Ambridge Italian Villa has been serving Beaver County for more than 30 years and is known throughout Beaver Country for its Gyro Sandwich unmatchable in size, quality or taste!An immigrant Greek family purchased the business in 1978. The one-time pizza parlor was renovated to offer sit down service and carry out. The name remained the same through the business 30-year existence. In January 2000, Mr. Joseph Palavros and his wife Irene sold the business to their son John Palavros and his wife Amy. With the couples background experience in the food service industry, John, a chef, and Amy, a pastry chef, expanded the business to offer fresh homemade foods, eat in, carry-out, delivery and catering service.The Villa offers over 100 different sandwiches, pastas and pizzas as well as Greek and Italian dishes, salads, calzones, strombolis and much more. The Villa has one of the largest New York Diner style menus in Western PA!
