Dynamic Dance Academy, LLC offers programs for gymnastics, jazz dance, tap dance, and modern dance, amongst others. All of our substantial dance lessons are carried out in a small-group setting to give each person the individual attention they truly deserve and need.
Our dance lessons are sure to loosen up your tight and stiff muscles, allowing you to freely be yourself and move more naturally. We want you to be comfortable here. Dancing is a constructive form of exercise and staying active, while burning calories, maintaining the health of your heart, and increasing your endurance level.
Contemporary dance comes in many forms and is pretty much up to you. Whether it be coordinated or free-style, anything goes. Have you ever considered combining two or more types of dance movements? Would movements of ballet and hip-hop be of interest to you? Like we said, this academy is a free environment and all types of dance are accepted.
Is there not enough time for a quick bike ride before work? Could you possibly squeeze in a quick jog during your lunch break, but you’d rather not be seen wearing workout attire and covered in sweat? Stop by Dynamic Dance Academy, LLC after work. Here, you will be able to do your workout routine in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without feeling pressed for time or self-conscious about being sweaty, stinky, or ruining your makeup. Everyone here encourages everyone else and everyone is at different levels. No one judges. You might even be able to encourage someone who is less advanced and struggling.
Our trusted, hard-working team members are the most compassionate and driven you’ll find anywhere. We, here at Dynamic Dance Academy, will take the time to train you individually, if that’s what you need. Our team members will work with you at any pace you need to be successful. You should never feel shy or embarrassed if you believe you are uncoordinated or slow to learn. Believe us – we’ve seen it all and this is not uncommon. Everyone is different and we praise all levels of ability. Dance movements are an expression of your inner self and could never be silly. Dynamic Dance Academy is a totally free environment.
