very good selections. good fish. very good produce. Friendly cashiers. decent prices. never long check-out lines -- unless it's going to snow.
Dresher Shop-N-Bag is worh your loyalty by Joan C on 11/24/2009 via Insider Pages
Wonderful selection of food; expanded organic and locally produced items. Friendly, prompt attention to customers. Catered my daughter's wedding with over 100 guests and did a fine job. Guests commented for months about how good the food…
Amazing by Robert H. on 10/26/2009 via Judy's Book
I go to this amazing store just about every day. There are so many amazing and friendly people there. It makes me feel like they are my family. The food is spectacular as well. From their hot food section to their bakery, they are always…
The bakery is out of this world by Amy M on 7/9/2009 via Insider Pages
Don't let appearances fool you - this supermarket is one of the best around. The hot bar and salad bar are incredible, but the best part is their bakery. The bagels are better than almost any specialty bagel store I've tried, and their…
Dresher Shop-N-Bag is a small town grocer. by Kristine R on 6/19/2009 via Insider Pages
This is a terrific locally owned grocery store. It has a small-town feel and the employees really get to know you. Also, their salad bar is the best place in town for lunch---a better salad than near-by 'saladworks' and half the price!!
George's Dreshertown by Guest G. on 4/9/2009 via Judy's Book
Although it takes time to adjust to a new grocery store this place is great! Very friendly employees, the help is willing to assist in finding item, the seafood department is wonderful... Not too big and not too small. Fantastic store!
Fresh, Not Really fresh.! by Gil S. on 3/14/2009 via Judy's Book
Good: Decorations were fine. Bad: We saw at the store the Birthday cakes we ordered were baked over 24 hours ahead of our pick up time, Kevin saidthis is their policy. Most bakerys sell "Day Old Cake"as DAY OLD CAKE, NOT FRESH!.…
Disappointment by L P. on 12/15/2008 via Judy's Book
I've been to this store twice since moving to Dresher, and have left angry both times. First, the main item I wanted was hair dye. I could not locate it, and I asked a store associate if they carry it. She said she was new and had no…
Fresh Food, Fair Prices by Guest G. on 12/9/2008 via Judy's Book
Shop N Bag may not be as large or as spacious as some of the larger chain grocery stores, but what they lack in spacious aisles, they make up for in their quality items. Just this past holiday, I was in a bind because a clumsy relative…
A good bakery! by Dianna ~. on 4/5/2006 via Judy's Book
Oddly enough, I've only had one type of food from here: cakes! These have been a staple at my nearby church since goodness knows when. Unlike many other grocery stores bakeries, the icing here is butter-creamy, rather than sugary sweet. …
great by Sue L. on 7/1/2005 via Judy's Book
George's is always a"shopping experience"---I enter knowing I am always greeted and helped by friendly workers who have a ready-smile--I have been shopping here for years and have never come across a "grump" (except an occasional…
Good deals, but a crowded store by Christina T. on 6/24/2005 via Judy's Book
George's often has good sales and unlike most other grocery stores, you don't need to have any kind of little store card to take advantage of the deals. It's a bit frustrating shopping there because the isles are pretty small and you…
