Salvador Gomes and his family opened Spain of Narragansett in 1987 in Narragansett Pier. In 1995, the Gomes family moved its expanding restaurant to current location on Ocean Rd. A local South County favorite, Spain is guided by a commitment to fine food, locally sourced ingredients and a first-rate service. Our renowned offerings of traditional Spanish paella, handcrafted sangria and fresh seafood are only the start of what our restaurant has to offer. We invite you to visit our elegant dining rooms or our seasonal courtyard for an intimate dining experience.

Happy New Year!

My husband and I decided to dine at Spain recently on a Friday evening. We have friends and relatives that rave about Spain. We have been there in the past and while not exceptional, the experiences have been ok. On this occasion my meal…

Best in the area by laurasimon on 9/8/2004 via Citysearch

I have enjoyed this restaurant every time I have gone. Everything on the menu is top notch - the specials are to die for. Last year my husband and I sat out on the deck for our honeymoon and enjoyed a wonderful view.

Over Rated Restaurant by birdznblooms on 3/18/2003 via Citysearch

After waiting an hour and thirty minutes on Valentine's Day we were led to a tiny table literally wedged between two others. The noise level was much greater than one would expect in a "romantic" setting. The service was impeccable, but…
