David B. Fulton, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his internship and residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis and completed a fellowship in hand surgery and shoulder surgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center/Cincinnati Hand Surgery Specialists in Cincinnati. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications for hand surgery and is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. His specialties and clinical interests include hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder surgery, fracture care, shoulder arthroscopy, impingement surgery, total shoulder replacement surgery, reverse shoulder replacements, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve compression surgery, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, tendon reconstructive surgery and arthritis reconstructive surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Fulton enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and being outdoors. His hobbies include running, cycling and playing pickle ball.
