You can also schedule a session with us to teach you how to use your computer! After guiding you through a few simple steps over the phone, a Microsoft Certified expert technician will be able to connect to your computer via the internet and use your mouse & keyboard as if they were sitting in front of your computer! Our remote repair technology allows you to see everything a technician is doing on your computer. Once we are connected you can stay on the phone with us or you are free to go.
