Guest rooms are housed in two buildings that have a retro-'50s feeling (sleek lines, white-and-teal color schemes), but with modern touches like flatscreen TVs, iPod radios, and Wi-Fi. They are small and simple but tastefully done. There's a surprisingly swank pool with cabanas and nice lounge chairs, a couple of fitness machines passing as a gym, a 24-hour restaurant serving diner grub at bargain basement prices, a snack shop, and a bar -- but that's about it for on-site facilities.
