Dr. Kellogg, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), is a general surgeon specializing in general surgery. Dr. Kellogg joined University Surgical Associates in August 2014. Dr. Kellogg has office hours at USA's Dayton office Monday (8:30 am-noon), Tuesday (1-4:30 pm), Friday (8:30-noon), and at USA's Hixson office every other Thursday (9-noon). Dr. Kellogg performs surgery at Rhea County Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, and CHI Memorial Hixson. Dr. Kellogg is an assistant professor of surgery, Department of Surgery, for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga.
