Renovation Plus

I booked a estimate/consultation through Lowes for a tankless water heater in September. I was told I would receive a call for scheduling within 2 days....Never happened.

I called Lowes install department who stated that they would have the install company reach out to me....never happened.

I have called every week since September without a response. I actually stopped into a different Lowes and someone there actually had the owners number (Steve Smith) from Renovations Plus who stated he sees my request and was not sure how it slipped through the cracks but told the guy he would follow up within the next few days.....Never happened.

At this point, I do not think I would want them working on anything in my home as they are obviously unreliable.
