Hilltop Cutlery was founded March 1, 2016 as a new name for the kiosk inside The Mall at Johnson City. After two years, we have grown and as of March 1, 2018, are now located inside the Colonial Center next to Walgreens and Hooters Restaurant. We offer a wide variety of knives, accessories and now survival gear and snacks. Our goal is to be your destination each time you need a new knife, something for your knife, or supplies for your next hike or camp out. We strive to provide the best prices we can and the knowledge and service you can trust to ensure you go home completely satisfied.
