In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family-owned and operated business with 75 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, ham, turkey, and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of bread and pies made fresh daily. I have had almost all on the menu. Its about average BBQ, I like the briskett the best. Side are above average, The sauce was not near hot enogh. I would say its average at best.. But easy on the pocket book,

I get the drive-thru breakfast tacos ona regular basis. They're classic BBQ breakfast Tacos, with chopped Sausage (not ground). The sausage gets a little greasy, but it's great. Yummy.\r Sometimes the service inside is a little slow.
