I specialize in relationships and trauma treatment. Past hurtful experiences in relationships impact how we relate with others and with ourselves today. I help individuals heal from past trauma and couples do the same. Couples come to see me with many relational wounds that have happened through time. At the same time, we all bring our own baggage to the relationship and it's important to recognize it and heal as well. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families helping them improve relationships and heal from past hurt for 20 years. I have extensive post-doctoral training in treatment models and techniques such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, EFT, and AEDP.
