The Pilates Bungalow is located in a hip and energetic community in East Austin. Considered a one stop shop for fitness, fun & relaxation, clients enjoy services that include: Yoga, Pole Fitness, Massage, Sauna, Personal Fitness Training, Barre & Pilates. Our certified teachers have comprehensive formal training with over 700 hours in the Classical Pilates Method. They understand the relationship between stressful physical demands, compensatory imbalances and limitations in movement and flexibility.
