out of 5 starsBest Pork Chops Ever! by foodie2047 on 11/2/2011 via Citysearch
Gorji taught me how to make the most succulent pork chop I have ever eaten. In one of his cooking classes he showed us how to put big thick pork chops in the microwave for a few seconds after grilling to make sure that the center is not…
Really?????? by gourmand2000 on 10/1/2011 via Citysearch
Some of the food is actually quite good BUT ever since he mentioned(actually bragged) that he microwaves his meat, I've been rather leery. A visit to my physician confirmed my concerns. Microwaving kills the nourishment in our foods. It's…

Can't wait to go back. by mareegs on 3/23/2011 via Citysearch
Just discovered this place. The steak was great, but the duck appetizer was an unusual and delicious surprise. I understand they always have new specials to try. Great chef, great service. Already looking forward to my next meal there.
Best Dining Experience in 2 years living in DFW by Orion on 3/13/2009 via Citysearch
This place is so different than places I have eaten in Dallas. The Owner/Chef is commited to being in his restaurant when the doors are unlocked. Chef Gorji meets every patron and gives you the feel of a great Manhattan restaurant. The…
My New Favorite Place by haras64 on 10/4/2008 via Citysearch
The food is just terrific. They always have some new wonderful special on the weekends. Last week we had a fig salad that was delightful. The lamb is exceptional with the tzatziki and the best humus I've had. They also have some of the…
Delightful Dining Experience by MargieS on 8/5/2008 via Citysearch
We just discovered this charmer a few nights ago. It was a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. It is small and personable with a unique selection of foods and wines. I had a wonderful trout dish and my husband was…
What a joke! by TomCilichio on 6/19/2008 via Citysearch
Simply not impressed. I decided against my better judgement after reading some poor reviews on this place. Food was simply not quality. Lots of production here but no substance. Will not be returning.
Great Staff Overhyped food by DrEdwardAnderson on 6/14/2008 via Citysearch
I have passed this establishment many times so decided on a whim to visit the website, I read of the chefs accomplishments and decided to make a go at it. I gathered my wife and some close friends who were visiting one of whom is a very…
Intimate and cozy neighborhood cafe by spa75214 on 2/22/2008 via Menuism
I love this place! The chef's way with steak is not to be missed, not to mention celestial fish dishes, and...
A warm and cozy gem by spadallas on 1/23/2008 via Citysearch
I most strongly contradict the venomous one-star reviews below. Those people have very sensitive taste buds and should stay with their shepherd's pie. Many good-natured people love bold flavors and exotic seasonings, and Chef Gorji at the…
Reasonable cozy place by bernardski on 1/6/2008 via Citysearch
Went there Friday night. Have seen the place in business for years and this was my first trip. The staff was very accommodating and tried to offer a new, more cozy table when it became available but it was not necessary. Had the Red Mud…
Over Seasoned, Over Priced, Over The Top by addisonres on 8/25/2007 via Citysearch
The ambiance was nice and thats the only positive thing about this restaurant. \r \r The five of us dining at this establishment had nothing nice to say about the service or food. The chef came over to ask us how everything was, but when…
Very Overrated, with so many restaurants to choose, pick another, any other! by addisonrangers on 8/8/2007 via Citysearch
The walls are lined with "rave" reviews of the ribeye preperation, I wonder if they were produced on someone's home computer. My ribeye was poorly trimmed / grizzled (and $32). Lots of salt does not make a good steak! …
User review by nancerino by nancerino on 1/9/2006 via Citysearch
This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. It was very obvious that they were either short a server or short staffed. We were told the specials when we sat down and then were not visited again for 30 minutes. Our food - salad…
