Dr. Tate is a board-certified OB/GYN who previously practiced in Arlington before moving to Mississippi and is now pleased to return to the Fort Worth area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of Texas at Arlington and his Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock. His residency in OB/GYN was completed at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, where he was twice awarded the Pritchard Prize for Research. His memberships include the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society and Texas Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology. When not providing care for his patients at Fort Worth Female Health Associates, Dr. Tate likes to golf, jog, play basketball, read and spend time with his wife, Cindi, and their children, Regan and Carson.
