We incorporate dynamic/repetition effort weight training days, heavy/max effort weight days with speed and conditioning over multiple metabolic pathways. We train this way to increase strength and speed. This results in: a decrease in fat and injury, complemented by an increase in energy and muscle tone. Our gym combines personal training, group fitness, crossfit, power-lifting, and women's only classes to appeal to every member. Our gym has a community feel with supportive staff and members.
All workouts can be modified depending on current fitness level. You will be challenged, no matter if you are a beginner or a professional athlete.
