What happened to good customer service?! by gcampio13 on 8/17/2011 via Citysearch

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had have been to Dragon Bowl many times prior to the remodel and change from ordering at the counter to a sit down restaurant. They were known for good food, at a good value and you didnt have to worry about bad…

Love it!!! by SonRose on 6/15/2010 via Citysearch

Love love love dragon Bowl! My favorite thing about this place is that the staff is so helpful. I am a healthy eater and they always give me great suggestions on what to order. I go almost once a week and will keep coming back!

Dragon Bowl Asian Bistro by Amanda T on 10/9/2009 via Insider Pages

Really enjoy this place. I like to order a bowl w/the chicken and lots of veggies and switch up the sauces. On a pretty day - its nice to sit outside the restaurant while enjoying the food. Or order it to-go.

Delicious!! by bmcoe on 10/5/2009 via Citysearch

Great food! Great price! The sushi is great and so is everything else. You get a lot of food. The Pad Tai is my favorite!!!

Fresh food by Laura F on 10/1/2009 via Insider Pages

Great food, made fresh while you wait! So nice to have a place with such fresh food in the Heights. The service is good and they have a small outdoor eating area for times when the weather is nice!

Amazing food, great staff, perfect atmosphere... Excellent all around by UHElle on 3/7/2009 via Citysearch

My best friend and I eat here regularly (though he makes it there more than me, since he's lucky enough to live super close). Admittedly, it wasn't until my 2nd or 3rd visit to DB that I realized just how much I love this place. The prices…

Fantastic Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Singaporian, Mongolian) Food by htown01 on 2/1/2009 via Citysearch

We have driven past Dragon Bowl for several months thinking it was just another lame fast food Asian restaurant. I am so thrilled to know we were wrong! The food is some of the best I have ever eaten. We left in some food daze nirvana…

Great All Around by nixnix on 11/3/2008 via Citysearch

These guys at Dragon Bowl are just great. Not only is their food great- ESPECIALLY for picky eaters like myself- the Build your own bowl is perfect for me [no veggies that I don't like- just the ones I love!].\r And it's reasonably…

Healthier Asian alternative! by HoustonCuisine on 10/24/2008 via Citysearch

Service: A \r Food: A \r Value: B \r \r Service\r I love this place. They treat anyone and everyone with the utmost respect. Everyone has smiles on their faces, they are very attentive, and the food is served quickly.\r \r Food \r The food…

would eat here every single night by lauren5181 on 8/27/2008 via Citysearch

\r Dragon Bowl is one of my favorite restaurants for the BYOB. It's easily two meals for me and the veggies are always fresh and crunchy. That said, I started bringing my husband thinking it was an easy way for us to go out to eat and he…

got off to a slow start but got WAY better QUICKLY! by wgzn on 4/8/2008 via Citysearch

my first two visits here were similar to the other reviews. it was bland and generally pretty blah - HOWEVER. it now seems that they've sorted out whatever was awry. ive been 4 or 5 times times in the last few weeks and its been great…

cool concept, poor execution by wabenzi on 3/18/2008 via Citysearch

Been to Dragon bowl twice. It attempts to offer a refreshing take on familiar Asian dishes. On both visits the staff was very helpfull and friendly. The food, on the other hand, looked good but was void of any flavor. The dishes we ordered…

Save your money or go elsewhere. by butch72 on 2/14/2008 via Citysearch

Terrible. The food had NO flavor! Will never return to this place. A total rip-off. The food tasted like it was microwaved except that it wasn't. Steer clear. There are much better places in the area. Our neighbors had a similiar distaste…

Feels like home, but the cooking's better! by behaviorspecialist on 7/12/2007 via Citysearch

I discovered Dragon Bowl when I first moved to Houston from New York 7 months ago. I remember sitting alone in the corner the first time I was there, enjoying the last bit of the delicious salmon with ginger garlic sauce, when the chef…

yummy, try the thai basil sauce on your bowl by endame on 5/7/2007 via Citysearch

Excellent Chinese / Asian Fusion by BringerOfRain on 2/17/2007 via Citysearch

One of the best best Chinese / Asian fusion restaurants I've been to in Houston. The food is tasty, healthy, service was good, and the place is quaint. Great value. You have to order by yourself and there is no waiter/waitress service. You…

awful, don't eat here unless you want to keep tasting bad food for several days by calliemari on 2/11/2007 via Citysearch

this place opened months after it was supposed to and we were highly anticipating the grand opening because it looked like it could be a new place for us to eat in our neighborhood. unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. …

Great food, Price is right, Very comfortable atmosphere by turtlebutt on 1/23/2007 via Citysearch

What a great place to descend on the Heights. The food is great and inexpensive. The menu is simple, but that's a good thing. They don't try to be overly ambitious so everything they serve is done right. I especially like the…

Slow!! by realtorcarli on 9/25/2006 via Citysearch

When I visited it took over 30 minutes to get a take-out order and the rice was long grain....not the short grained sticky variety most asian restaurants serve. Also, ordered the sesame beef and there was no sesame to be found....not sure…
