I brought my package to be insured and shipped by this company and I was told that it was covered and it arrived broken and now he refuses to pay my claim. He's also keeping the $300. that I paid for shipping and insurance.

Terrible Service! After spending over $300. for packaging, shipping and to insure an expensive piece for delivery, I was told it was received broken and now he refuses to reimburse me and he kept my $300.
