Welcome To Marvelous Clinic and Medspa At Marvelous Clinic and Medspa, We provide comprehensive Weight Management and medspa services to adults and teens living in and around Katy, Texas, and throughout Harris County. Marvelous Clinic and Medspa features a unique Weight loss and Body transformation model that includes general health care and aesthetics. Our mission is to provide quality care, and to empower individuals to take control of their health. To facilitate this mission, we offer a variety of treatments, including noninvasive body contouring, cosmetic injectables, laser hair removal, and microneedling. We also offer body composition analysis, medically supervised weight loss, and vitamin injections. There’s even a walk-in pharmacy on-site that sells multivitamins, nutritional supplements, and other products.
