Stuart Harlin, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon specializing in minimally invasive treatment of vascular disease. He’s also a professor and the director of outpatient vascular operations within the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
