Great Flat top by Tommy C on 2/17/2008 via Insider Pages

Mingo's has been in lake dallas for years. He cuts a great flat top. The only negatitive is you have to have an apointment. Great cut but he take about 45 minute for a flat top. If you have the time it is a great one..
