Located in "the heart of cow country," Sedley's Grass-Fed Beef focuses on raising healthy, happy cows for beef lovers everywhere. The cattle freely graze on land once used as the old San Antonio-Gonzales Road. All cattle are born and humanely raised here in Leesville, TX, and then processed locally.
