I started in the construction industry in 1989 while working at a lumber yard. While working there, I began building houses around Texas and even some houses in Mexico. I got into building 2 plexes, 4 plexes, and even 6 plexes in the early 90s. Along with all these builds, I would also buy properties to remodel and resell. This year alone I’ve built 7 4plexes and I’m in the process of subdividing property to build 24 more 4 plexes. What makes me unique in the construction industry is that I’ve been doing this for over 30 years which has made me a seasoned professional capable of delivering high-quality projects efficiently and effectively.
