Founded by owner Matt Wallace, Southland was built on a passion for craftsmanship and respect for the people they serve. Matt began his career building high-end custom homes in Santa Barbara, California and Aspen, Colorado, then brought that experience back home to East Texas to lead a company grounded in integrity, transparency, and quality.
