I go in here just when I have a $10 off $10 coupon or when they do their clearance and sometimes not even then. There are no carts and no good way to take a 2 year old and my 8 mo old into the store without them running all over the place.…

The normal mall Jcpenney stores.It is kept clean and organized well. The sales clerks are usually busy upfront so actual sales person help is lacking in some areas. They usually have great sales though so I do shop there about once a month.
