very bad service by ccobra via Citysearch on 12/23/2007 I recieved the worst service ever for the second time at this IHOP !!!! I am so disappointed. The first time I thought it was just a waitress having a bad day or new waitress trying, that was a little acceptable ,but then 3-4 weeks later…
