Scratch Catering & Fine Foods is owned and operated by Ted, Judy and Colby Bilsky. Cooking and eating together as a family has always been an important element in our family for the last couple of generations and is what has fueled our love for food! From pecan pies, roast beef and mashed potatoes, to delicious desserts and finger foods for showers and parties, our chef is always busy in the kitchen.
