What To Expect At Your Visit We use Christian Based Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - you can overcome your Anxiety and Depression by addressing the lies that you struggle with & healing the wounds that they are rooted in. The average session lasts 45 min and clients typically come 6-8 sessions.
