Doesn't pay his supply house HERITAGE Supply DBA Stone of Texas and if he doesn't pay them, HERITAGE puts a lien on your home! I gave him $84k =75% of the money for this job. I received 2 lean notices so far during his job and he's not paying them. HERITAGE SUPPLY DBA STONE OF TEXAS, will force a forclosue on property when he doesn't pay them, they don't care if he sends materials to your project and then takes the material somewhere else, Natasha (credit Manger)also refused to give me a list of materials he said was at my job $34,000 he has not paid for... Not to mention they are still selling to this company COD when he should be paying his past due bills, such bad business on part of Heritage DBA Stone of Texas. See photo evidence of Both Leins attached. He built 8 Belgard retaining walls and the day after he said they were done they started splitting bulging and falling down. Turned into argument with him on repairing all 8 walls and asking for a scope of work. He told his rep he refused to repair all the walls. He took it upon himself to tare down 2 walls to try and repair before I could get an engineer to look at his work, I was told by Belgard to get an engineer to my property asap...all recorded. He exposed his poor workmanship and admitted it in an email. Do your homework dont let him push you into a job. He deletes bad reviews so we don't know or blocks you. I will not be bullied or afraid of him like so many others have been. I hope to be going to Court. Not settling for his behavior, corner cutting, poor workmanship, and not tolerating him not paying FOR MATERIALS that he was given money for.
