They are amazing
Factory Direct Floor and their crew were just top notch! They were Courteous, Professional and Honest. Its hard to come by this kind of service. I was coming off a horrible experience with another flooring company that left my floor improperly sealed and left it damaged. They came, made the process easy, helped me move all my furniture with car and finished the job on time and did an incredible job with the floors. So these guys get 5 stars from me!
