Sweetwater Construction self-performs many services including structural engineering/design, all aspects of concrete construction and installation, equipment installation/relocation, millwright, framing, drywall, carpentry, doors/hardware and demolition. Self-performance of many trades allows us to better serve our customers by controlling costs, expediting schedules and insuring quality installations. We provide general contracting, facility support services, job order contracting, tenant improvements, design build, structural engineering and design.
