After graduating from the University of Utah, Dr. Michael Affleck, DDS, completed a four-year dental program at the University of Iowa, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He opened his practice in Ogden in 2001 and later moved it to Clearfield in 2016. Dr. Affleck spends about half his time practicing general dentistry. Once patients understand the benefits of a prosthodontist, the only prosthodontist in Utah north of Kaysville is available.
