I called this Company and from the initial phone call to the end result I am so impressed. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Scott was on time, professional and did exactly what he promised his product would do.
They spray your carpet first and look for trouble spots and I had MANY! He hand scrubbed any with pretreatment. Then he brought his carpet cleaner. It is quite, efficient and your carpet dries in and HOUR!! Scott also looked at an area we didn't bring him to look at and cleaned that as well. Had time and we paid him of course...but WOW!!! We have not been able to get those spots up.
