We offer mental health counseling and clinical nutrition services that address the root cause of disease rather than simply managing symptoms and diagnoses. We have a whole-food, whole-person approach, recognizing that food is medicine, not just fuel. Our philosophy is very ancestral as we know that Nature knows better than science. Our ancestors, whether they knew it or not, had it right all along. We currently offer three services: holistic psychotherapy (closer to normal therapy), nutritional psychotherapy (more focus on nutrition), and clinical holistic nutrition (for general health).
