I go to Dollar Cuts whenever I need a quick cut without an appointment. Dollar Cuts is not where you're going to find a world class hairstylist, but it is great for a basic, fast cut.

PROS: Fast Cuts, No Appointment, Great Price.

My husband goes to Dollar Cuts occasionally. He goes there for a fast, no appointment, on the spot cut. He has never had a complaint about them, and always gets immediate quick service for about the lowest price you can find around.
