Aspen Valley Counseling provides mental health counseling and neurofeedback services for Utah County and other Utah residents. We focus on EMDR, CBT, DBT, neurofeedback therapy and brain health! We also provide wellness coaching, technology enhanced meditation, individual therapy and couples therapy.
